A bit about me!
I'm Taylor, a UI/UX and product designer seeking a new opportunity with a team dedicated to customer experience through modern design techniques and user research—or, design with empathy in mind!
I have over 4 years experience in interaction design, UI design and libraries, user research methodologies, and product management—all supported by over a decade of visual design work—and have worked alongside tech start-ups, engineering partners, and large corporate teams. On top of that, I have 4 years product management experience, including discovery, roadmapping, and Jira/Confluence management. I helped my last company build and update their SaaS, data-dense product UX, resulting in a 400% increase in profit over 1.5 years.
Even better, I never stop learning and growing with new techniques and tools, and I love passing that knowledge forward on teams, through talks, and via private consultation.
