As a part of my master's UX research and design classes at MICA, I conceptualized a new onboarding flow for the popular chat service, Discord. Overall, Discord has a positive reputation with its users and primarily serves gaming communities. I chose to explore the entire onboarding experience, ultimately asking: how could joining a server be easier for everyone?
